Families who are seeking assistance in placing their loved ones in the most suitable treatment program based on clinical needs (some of these people may be in a hospital with a short timeframe and need immediate placement).
Our case management services encompass everything offered through our placement services and also include ongoing treatment plans for 6 months to a year, providing continuity of care and discharge planning. When you and your loved one have multiple providers, lawyers, therapists, psychiatrists, financial planners, etc., it can be difficult to identify the root cause of the family systems issues. Let us ensure your providers are in the loop while you focus on the well-being of your family member.

An assessment program does a deep dive into a client's mental and physical health to understand various diagnoses. Assessment programs can be inpatient or outpatient.
Outdoor behavioral programs are an incredibly effective treatment for those that do better in an outdoor setting. Most adolescents and young adults will benefit from an experiential therapeutic experience. Length of stay is 6-12 weeks.
Residential programs range from acute to subacute. Some are tailored towards trauma while other may be tailored towards substance abuse or other severe mental health issues. There are a variety of different types of residential programs to choose from. Length of stay is typically 4 weeks to one year.
Therapeutic boarding schools are tailored to students who need both academics and therapeutic support. The goal is to have students catch up and graduate from high school while they continue to get the therapy they need. College prep therapeutic boarding schools are also an option. Length of stay is 12-18 months.
Small boarding schools are specifically designed to prepare students for university, offering a tailored college prep curriculum to ensure students are well-equipped for higher education. They can also support a variety of different learning disorders and have the ability to take students off campus for therapeutic and psychiatric support. Small boarding schools have traditional school years and some may be able to accept students mid-semester.
Having the proper outpatient plan is imperative for a successful treatment outcome. From parent coaching to different therapeutic approaches, success stems from an outpatient setting when the right treatment plans and wraparound services are created.
