What is The 360 Way?

The 360 Way is an extensive initiative enabling our team to engage with adolescents and adults on a personalized 1:1 basis within their homes. This individualized program facilitates intensive, intentional work tailored to each client’s specific needs. Customizable and adaptable, it addresses various aspects, such as school and work commitments. Our diverse team of mentors and clinicians, ranging from recreational therapists to PhDs, ensures a tailored program that incorporates nature and active pursuits to promote physical well-being. This approach works effectively for both single-household and two-household families, providing seamless in-home programming and support across family dynamics.

As our program is highly customizable, we can employ creative approaches to mental health treatment. Whether crafting in-home PHP or IOP programs, combining both, integrating outpatient therapists and psychiatrists, or supporting school and work attendance as clinically needed, our aim is to seamlessly reintegrate clients into their daily lives effectively and efficiently.

Our team members boast 10-30 years of experience, having extensively explored the nation's top residential programs and treatment providers. Beyond our roles as clinicians, each team member contributes a unique perspective, forming a holistic, systemic, and individualized approach. We collaborate with clients, sharing a customized week-by-week programming calendar and ensuring ongoing daily adjustments for maximum effectiveness.

how does it work?

Step 1

 Family Assessment 

Time: 14 to 21 Day Duration


  1. Initial Contact and History Gather
  2. Coordination and Scheduling: Case Management face-to-face or via video conference
  3. Family Assessments (Conducted by our  Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, Sonya Rodriguez, Ph. D. LMFT-S): Assessments may include: Three-Generation Family Genogram- a visual map of relationships and pattens across three generations to identify key dynamics, Family Map & Timeline - A detailed outline of significant events in the family’s lifecycle, providing context for current dynamics. , and Family Drawing Exercise - Family members may be asked to draw their view of the family to gain insight into perceptions and relationships.
  4. Documentation Review (Conducted by our Neuropsychologist, Sanam Lalani, Ph. D.) and Educational Consultant, Faith Chappell, M. Ed.): Academics - report cards and transcripts, teacher notes, 504 or IEP (Individualized Education Plan) Plans and updates, and/or IEE (Independent Educational Evaluation), Psychological - neuropsychological, psychological, academic, or educational evaluations, speed and language evaluations and/or occupational therapy evaluations, & Medical - current and prior medication lists with reasons for changes, hospital admission/discharge summaries (if available), notes from current and prior treatment providers (e.g., primary care physicians, psychiatrists, therapists), relevant laboratory reports (e.g., bloodwork, genetic testing, neuro-diagnostics such as MRI, EEG.). 
  5. Mentorship & Coaching (30 hours over two weeks): Activities may include: going for a walk or engaging in fitness activities, nutritional coaching and discussions, visiting local attractions like the zoo, simply providing someone the client can talk to, offering a safe space to express their thoughts an feelings. All mentors will observe the client's behavior, emotional state, and interactions, providing valuable insights to inform the assessment process. 
  6. Deliverables (At the conclusion of the assessment process, the family will receive a comprehensive plan that includes): Detailed Findings - Insights from assessments, mentorship sessions, and documentation reviews  with a SWOT analysis, Recommendations - Actionable steps for what the upcoming months should look like to set the family and client up for success, & Implementation Plan - A step-by-step guide outlining roles, goals, and strategies for both the client and the family system. 


*This process ensures that all aspects of the family system, academic needs, psychological factors, and medical history are considered, while the mentorship sessions provide deeper insight into the client’s behavior and interactions in their daily environment. 

Step 2

360 Family Treatment Plan Implementation

Time: 3 Month Program


  1. Coordination and Scheduling: Case Management, weekly, face-to-face or via video conferences
  2. Residential Placement Support (if required)
  3. Provider Matching:  External therapists, psychiatrists, and other specialists are identified and matched to meet the family’s needs. **Families will continue attending appointments with these providers at their offices.
  4. Personalized Weekly Plan:  A collaborative, week-to-week calendar created with the family to ensure services are integrated effectively, ranging from a few times a week to daily, depending on needs. 
  5. Family Intensive & Parent Coaching (Conducted by our Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, Sonya Rodriguez, Ph.D. LMFT-S): Our family intensives (in-home, in a local area, or in nature) and parent coaching services provide focused, immersive support to address specific challenges within the family system. Intensives can range from half-day to multi-day sessions, allowing families to dive deeply into dynamics, communication, and relationship-building. Parent coaching equips caregivers with practical strategies to support their children effectively, improve connection, and foster resilience. These services are tailored to meet each family’s unique needs, promoting growth, understanding, and sustainable change.
  6. Mentorship & Coaching (15 to 20 hours per week):  Mentors & Coaches provide direct support to clients by fostering personal growth, accountability, and social development. Responsibilities may include: Nutritional Guidance, Life Coaching, Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching, Academic Coaching, encouraging healthy lifestyle habits and providing emotional support, acting as a role model and providing consistent and supportive feedback, and more.
  7. Neuropsychological Services & Ancillary Therapies (Conducted by our Neuropsychologist, Sanam Lalani, Ph. D.):  Comprehensive neuropsychological testing and  Ancillary therapies to provide targeted interventions for specific areas of need. These services include: Cogmed Working Memory therapy, Executive Functioning therapy, Insomnia Therapy, and additional therapies tailored to meet individual client needs.
  8. Trust & Financial Planning Meetings: Establishing a mental health trust is a vital step in ensuring long-term financial stability and support for individuals with mental health challenges. These trusts provide a secure way to manage resources for treatment, housing, and daily living needs while preserving access to government benefits. At 360, we understand the complexities involved and work closely with experienced financial advisors to guide families through this process. Together, we help design tailored financial plans that align with the individual’s current and future needs, offering families peace of mind and ensuring sustained care and support.
