The 360 Way is an extensive initiative enabling our team to engage with adolescents and adults on a personalized 1:1 basis within their homes. This individualized program facilitates intensive, intentional work tailored to each client’s specific needs. Customizable and adaptable, it addresses various aspects, such as school and work commitments. Our diverse team of mentors and clinicians, ranging from recreational therapists to PhDs, ensures a tailored program that incorporates nature and active pursuits to promote physical well-being. This approach works effectively for both single-household and two-household families, providing seamless in-home programming and support across family dynamics.
As our program is highly customizable, we can employ creative approaches to mental health treatment. Whether crafting in-home PHP or IOP programs, combining both, integrating outpatient therapists and psychiatrists, or supporting school and work attendance as clinically needed, our aim is to seamlessly reintegrate clients into their daily lives effectively and efficiently.
Our team members boast 10-30 years of experience, having extensively explored the nation's top residential programs and treatment providers. Beyond our roles as clinicians, each team member contributes a unique perspective, forming a holistic, systemic, and individualized approach. We collaborate with clients, sharing a customized week-by-week programming calendar and ensuring ongoing daily adjustments for maximum effectiveness.
While we focus on treating an identified client, our approach emphasizes family systems perspective. Whether it involves parents, siblings, spouses, or children, we recognize the crucial role of family systems in mental health and overall well-being, extending support beyond the individual client.
