Coaching Services

Wellness coaches assess the overall health across the eight dimensions of wellness and guide clients in implementing skills and changes to support their growth. Coaches are highly skilled professionals, including master's-level graduates, clinicians, and wellness specialists.

WHAT ARE THE EIGHT DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS?


  1. Emotional Wellness: Conduct assessments in emotional regulation, stress management, mindfulness, and trauma-informed support. Collaborate with client's therapist(s) to share clinical observations and assist in treatment planning.
  2. Physical Wellness: Provide guidance on meal planning, fitness routines, and overall health strategies. Specialists include, Nutritionists, Personal Trainers, and Registered Dietitians.
  3. Occupational Wellness: Support clients in career planning, professional goal-setting, and achieving work-life balance. Specialists include: Career Coaches.
  4. Social Wellness: Guide clients in building interpersonal skills, addressing social anxiety with exposure therapy, and fostering social connections. Specialists include: Life Coaches. 
  5. Spiritual Wellness: Facilitate alignment with purpose and values through mindfulness and yoga practices. Specialists include: Yoga Instructors and Spiritual Coaches.
  6. Intellectual Wellness: Foster academic growth, creative problem-solving, and lifelong learning. Specialists include: Educational & Academic Coaches.
  7. Environmental Wellness: Assess and mitigate environmental triggers or stressors while promoting calming and functional spaces. Specialists include: Masters-Level Coaches.
  8. Financial Wellness: Provide budgeting support, financial accountability, and access to appropriate resources. Specialists include: Life Skills Coaches.

WHAT IS THIS FOR?


Individuals that are either coming back from residential or need residential level of care and are not ready to take that step.

Mentoring Services

We recognize that individuals need varying degrees of support and some may need a bit more than their weekly therapy sessions. This service offers outpatient wraparound support where our mentors meet face-to-face with clients. These meetings provide opportunity for clients to receive coaching and guidance in their day-to-day decision-making processes. With our mentorship support, clients can access the guidance and companionship they need to navigate challenges and foster personal growth.

WHAT THIS SERVICE ENTAILS?


  1. Emotional Wellness: Assist clients in emotional regulation and stress management. Specialists include: Behavior Technicians and Counseling Students.
  2. Physical Wellness: Support clients in implementing meal preparation and physical activity routines. Specialists include: Life Skills Mentors. 
  3. Occupational Wellness: Support clients with job applications, interview prep, and accountability with guidance of a Career Coach.
  4. Social Wellness: Help clients develop interpersonal skills and address social anxiety through exposure therapy. Specialists include: Relational mentors. 
  5. Spiritual Wellness: Foster connections to local resources for clients to explore spirituality. Specialists include: Life Skills Mentors. 
  6. Intellectual Wellness: Provide ongoing support in academic and intellectual pursuits under the guidance of Educational Coaches. 
  7. Environmental Wellness: Assist with household organization and creating calming spaces. Specialists include Life Skills Mentors.
  8. Financial Wellness: Teach basic budgeting skills, provide accountability, and explore community resources. Specialists include Life Skills Mentors.

WHAT IS IT FOR?


Clients that need more than weekly therapy, but who are not ready or qualified for residential programming. They need more of an outpatient wraparound service and someone to mentor them and bridge the gap between them and their loved ones.
