Experience

With a career dedicated to leadership, education, and client-centered engagement, Weston, brings a wealth of experience to the role of Director of Strategic Development and Operations. Previously, as Director of Client Engagement and Chief of Staff at Reflections Lifestyle Center, Weston honed expertise in lifestyle medicine, overseeing client relations and operational processes that supported individuals through personalized wellness journeys.

At Fusion Academy, Weston, held multiple roles, including Teacher, Director of First Impressions/Office Manager, Director of Student Life, and Director of Student Services. This unique blend of positions allowed him to cultivate a dynamic, supportive environment for students and families while also leading operational initiatives that enhanced community engagement and administrative efficiency.

Before joining Fusion, Weston was

a House Staff at a residential treatment center, where he worked directly with teens in residential care, providing guidance and support to foster positive growth and resilience. In an earlier role, Weston combined athletic coaching with life skills mentorship, helping young athletes reach their full potential, as a gymnastics coach. 

Throughout these experiences, Weston has developed a deep commitment to strategic growth, client engagement, and impactful, mission-driven work. They are excited to bring this expertise to 360 to 180, driving new initiatives and opportunities for organizational development and success.

Mission

As Director of Strategic Development and Operations at 360 to 180, my mission is to foster meaningful growth and transformation by creating sustainable systems, nurturing client relationships, and strategically positioning our organization for long-term success. Drawing on experience across wellness, education, and client services, I aim to drive impactful initiatives that enhance our reach, innovate our programs, and empower our clients to achieve lasting change. By aligning operational excellence with our core values, I’m committed to leading 360 to 180 into a future marked by growth, resilience, and measurable impact in the lives we serve. 

Hobbies & Personal Life

Outside of work, Weston is passionate about staying active and embracing a variety of sports and fitness pursuits. A former collegiate tennis player, I still enjoy getting on the court whenever possible and love the competitive spirit of the game. I’ve also spent time playing in a volleyball league and have a history of running daily and lifting weights to achieve my personal fitness goals.

At home, I’m kept on my toes by my energetic boxer, Lucy, and am constantly inspired by my fiancée, a high achiever who recently competed for the third consecutive year in the triathlon world championships for her age group. In my downtime, you can find me playing video games or enjoying a good workout, always motivated by the drive for improvement and balance.
