Education
Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Texas Tech University. She obtained a degree in Special Education in 1999 where she worked with secondary students as a Behavior Specialist. In 2020, she also earned a Master of Education in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. She has been a middle and high school counselor and currently working as a Crisis Counselor in Frisco ISD. She has received several trainings as a Life Coach and is pursuing this life long career.
Experience
She brings extensive experience guiding clients through major life transitions, including post-graduation adjustments, career pivots, and complex relationship shifts. Throughout her practice, she has successfully helped individuals navigate significant physical and emotional changes, including wellness transformations and hormonal shifts, while helping them establish actionable goals across career, fitness, and spirituality.

Michelle is on a mission to empower individuals to discover their purpose, cultivate deep self-awareness, and create an authentic life they love. She is dedicated to helping clients reframe limiting beliefs, build healthy self-esteem, and navigate life's inevitable changes with a positive, resilient mindset.
Hobbies & Personal Life
Outside of coaching, Michelle prioritizes holistic well-being, movement, and spiritual growth. She enjoys engaging with personal development literature, staying active through regular exercise, and spending quality time with family and friends.
