Her extensive training spans over a decade of therapeutic yoga certifications, initiation into the Himalayan Masters tradition, and foundational mindfulness studies under Zen Monk Thich Nhat Hanh.

She has spent years successfully applying cutting-edge treatment protocols to address complex trauma, mood disorders, and deep-seated emotional patterns.
